Hyderabad Designer wins Silver Davey International Award

Head of Hema Creative House Srini Rao won the prestigious Davey award for the year 2005.

Mr Rao and his team got the award for the annual report 2005, they created for Asmitha Microlin Ltd, Hema Creative House (HCH) an exclusive corporate communication agency said in a release here today.

'Davey Awards' honours the finest creative work from the best small firms, agencies and companies worldwide and is judged and overseen by the International Academy of the Visual Arts (IAVA), a highly professional body consisting of top-tier who's who of acclaimed media, advertising and marketing firms across the world.' Over 2005 entries were received from the US and other parts of the world.

Srini Rao joined Litas Ad Agency in Mumbai and rose to become its creative art director. Later, he moved to Hyderabad and joined Mindset Advertising Agency.

He launched his own exclusive corporate designing unit 'Hema Creative House.' Hema Creative House earlier won the Apex Award, conducted by the Advertising Club of Hyderabad. In 2005, HCH also received two awards in the category of corporate diary and annual report, the release.
