Telugu Film Festival in Hyderabad starts

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh State Film Television and Theatre Development Corporation is organising a 40-day Telugu Film Festival at తెలుగు లలిత కళ తోరణం (Telugu Lalitha Kala Thoranam). The festival, for which entry is free, starts on May 2 with the screening of మాయా బజార్ (Maya Bazar) and concludes on June 15.

The films scheduled for screening include ప్రతిఘట్న (Prathighatana), అంతస్తులు (Anthasthulu), సూర్యవంషం (Suryavansham), వర్షం (Varsham), డా. చక్రవర్తి (Dr.Chakravarthi), స్వాతి ముత్యం (Swati Muthyam), పండంటి కాపురం (Pandanti Kapuram), వీరాభిమన్యు (Veerabhimanyu), స్వయం కృషి (Swayam Krushi), శ్రుతి లయలు (Sruthi Layalu) and తొలి ప్రేమ (Tholi Prema). However, there will be no screenings from May 11 to 14 and also on May 28.
