కిట్టు (Kittu) : First Telugu 2D animated film

Produced by Bhargava and directed by B.Satya, Kittu is the first ever full length animation feature film in Telugu films. The entire movie is produced, created and developed in India. Talking to TotalTollywood, the makers said, "Keeping in view of the world wide animation scenario and the current trends and demands in animation, we have observed the need to promote the original Indian animation content both locally and globally. Bhargava pictures has been the content development hub creating the original Indian content based on the Indian culture, mythology, epics, geography, politics and legends."

Kittu is the story of a monkey kid in a beautiful forest. Naughty, careless, proud and adamant- The story of a naughty monkey kid, an original creation- set amidst a beautiful jungle, gives a message of good conduct and the results of being careless and falling in to bad companies. The entire story moves in the Jungle and the real day-to-day life style is given for the animal characters. E.g., mother monkey putting the uniform on Kittu, going to the school, doing homework, going to market, having lunch, Kittu copying in the exam, addicting to drugs, making false friendships and the police station etc. The mischievous things of Kittu were presented in a very lighter way. Chasing between Kittu and the rest of the animals will be put in a very comic way. There is an underline message of Good personality development and habits are given in this story.

Bhargava pictures is a Hyderabad based animation film production company founded by Bhargava Kodavanti to make films, documentaries, semi documentary features, short films (all in animation), which promote Indian heritage and culture and have strong social responsibility. Bhargava pictures is producing two animation films, the script work of which is currently going on and will be released in 2007.
