Collectors Run For Telugu Translation!

Big heads in the state are bothering about the future of Telugu. Government also introduced official language commission (Adhikaara Bhaasha Sangham) long back and the position has seen many stalwarts in the crème. ABK Prasad is now in the office of Official Language Commission. It appears that whoever comes to the chair the plight has been same and steady.

26th was the last date to submit Ration Card applications. Majority of applicants are obviously middle and below middle class people who knows no English. But the applications, instructions, rules and regulations were given in English. When CV Padma Rao of Telugu Bhaashadyama Saikhya complained the same to government and concern authorities the decision was taken at top level and all the district collectors have got the things translated into Telugu at last. Well, it was on the last date of submitting applications.

What ABK Prasad is doing? Is a million dollar question?
