Exhibition of rare Telugu manuscripts in Germany

Tirupati based Oriental Research Institute (ORI) will display rare manuscripts and oldest publications in Telugu in an exhibition at Frankfurt in Germany, in September.
The exhibition will be conducted by National Mission for Manuscripts (NMM) under Union Ministry of Culture, ORI officials said here today.
The exhibition will showcase old writing instruments, manuscripts, different ink pots, conservation materials and wrapping materials.
Centuries old seven rare manuscripts from ORI including five palm leafs, two paper manuscripts and two oldest publications in Telugu will be displayed, the officials added.
