"World Cultural Festival" for Telugus
Hyderabad: Integrated Telugu Cultural and Literary Association (ITCLA) President C Ramakrishna today announced that the association would be organising a ''World Cultural Festival'' from December 23 to 25 in the city.
He told reporters here that the eminent Telugu artists including famous musicians, dancers and poets living abroad would attend the festival along with NRIs.
Stating that the association was a facilitator for exchanging the Telugu culture between the NRIs and people of the state, he said the main objective of the festival was to promote Telugu culture in other countries where the NRIs of the state were settlled.
He said the association would also launch a website in two months' time to facilitate the NRIs to participate in the festival.
